The Aims & Objectives for which the Council is founded: The primary object for which the Council is constituted is to represent the interests of farmers and various stake-holders in Indian agriculture, food and agribusiness and take up all such activities from creating awareness to influencing policies and developing consensus on major policy issues so as to catalyze growth in agriculture and further the cause of the stake-holders.
